Since you're using Windows, install Plucker Desktop, which will give
you a 'right-click' context menu option, and use that. Basically you
right-click on a file or a document in Windows Explorer, select "Convert to
Plucker", and it will create a .pdb file for you to install on your Palm
handheld. Install the .pdb, and read the document/webpage you converted.
