JogDial Down -> scroll faster JogDial Up -> scroll slower JogDial In -> toggle Autoscroll on/off.
This made reading of long pages real easy.
But most times the JogDial Up -> scroll slower conbination doesn't work. Sometimes it does a page down, sometimes the screen gets all jumbled up. Sometimes it even works right! So the code that does this functions works, but is getting clobbered somehow.
The other two functions work fine. The problem still exists in 20030611-am.
