HiRes experts, I installed the latest 2003-06-11 viewer, but it didn't last very long. I reverted to my old favorite, v1.2beta13-hires. One reason was the slowness of the new version, which I realize is already being addressed. But has anyone commented on the fonts in Palm OS 4?
The new version has fewer font options, was it four? I know there are seven choices in the old version. The reason this is important is that in Palm OS 4 (I have no idea what OS 5 looks like), having lots of font options allows me to pick a little-used font (normally LargeBold) and remap it with FontHack, but leave the "normal" fonts alone in case FontHack messes up a page. The new version reduces or eliminates my chances to pick an 'unused' font to do this with. Was there a reason for the fewer fonts?
