If I understand correctly, the two deprecated values (db[-_]file & db[-_]name) are configuration options, right? I believe I can interpert the read options in the python code. But I've searched the whole plucker directory & I can't find any references to either of those options in any of the configuration files. The share/plucker/config/pluckerrc.sample hsa the new (doc_) options.
