Hello. I have a couple problems.
1) I used to be able to run JPluck but now I cannot. I deleted the Plucker and JPluck software and even Java because nothing was working properly. JPluck was not converting RSS feeds. After reinstalling Java 1.4.2_03 and JPluck 2.1.2, I can't even open JPluck. It's not responding. I have a Win '98 computer. 2) When using Plucker v20030611-am, on my Sony Clie SJ-33 all the images show up grainy and in black and white. I saw a posting expressing annoyance that this question has been raised many times but I only saw one solution - "hit the Menu button in the silkscreen area, find the Options selection and change BPP to 16. close and re-open plucker". Where is the silkscreen area? Thank you very much in advance.
