If you mean in the same doc file, yes.. I think JPluck does this,
sort-of. It can make the link underline color different if the link it
references is not found inside the doc file (i.e. an "off-document" link). I
tried it awhile back, and set the "off-document" links to red, and the rest
to the normal blue color.
