I just did a quick and dirty one that I think is OK. I used pdf2html.sourceforge.net and tried to delete all of the images that were blank, but I included all of the other images even 700x1100. It ended up at 2.37MB. I can stick it out on FTP or mail it or you can do it yourself. You will also need Ghostscript installed. If anybody did put in a effort for a Plucker conversion; can you add it to the existence formats at Memoware?
