Here are some more changes for the documentation sgml file. I used 'diff -u orig_version changed_version' to create it. Is this in the correct order or should it be changed_version orig_version?
I'll take a look in a few days. Coincidentally, I'm converting another person's HTML FAQ to SGML, so I can convert that to proper HTML, so I can create Plucker versions of it. Its a monster project, but hopefully will benefit quite a few Plucker users.
Also, there are a number of things like this (refsec:Parser) in the documentation, should these look like this in the html version of the document?
They should ideally be <xref linkend="id"> where "id" is the matching id of the section we want to internally reference.
