I have a Tungsten E with a 512MB SD card and Plucker 1.8 installed. Plucker
and the documents it reads live on the card.

I use Rafael Fetzer's freeware PDA Converter from www.jakewalk.de to create
Plucker files from local HTML documents, and install them using a USB card
reader to my 512MB SD card. I put the Plucker files in
/Palm/Programs/Plucker. At this point, I have about 1850 Plucker documents
occupying something over 200MB on the card. Everything shows up fine.

One thing to check is the Plucker Preferences on your PDA. One change to
Plucker a few versions back was to add an option to manually update the
installed documents list. This was necessary because the default action was
for Plucker to rescan the device for documents every time you open it. On
older/slower devices with expansion cards, this could take a *long* time.

If manual update is selected, Plucker will only update the document list
when you specifically tell it to do so.

Invoke Plucker, and select Options/Preferences/Library. In the Library
PReferences form, there is a drop-down menu for "Update list:" The possible
choices are

Automatic Plucker rebuilds the document index every time you run it
Manual Plucker rebuilds the document index only when you tell it to.
Ignore Card Plucker updates the document list when run, but only looks for
documents in RAM.

If I had to guess, I'd say your preferences are set to Ignore Card or
Manual.

If it's Ignore Card, change it to Manual, then tap OK. Next, tap Menu, and
select Update Document List from the Options menu.

I suspect your missung documents will appear.
