In order to use JPluck to pluck really large files you just need to get
rid of the exe launcher and launch the JAR directly so that you can up
the memory.  When I am plucking large documents I generally use java
-server -Xmx256M -jar jpluckx.jar 
I increase the memory as needed.  The server flag give a good speedup on
very large documents.
