I just tried, and it will not install via the URL. I do not know why.
I downloaded it and it install via local disk just fine.

I have had to reinstall Windows, followed by Firefox, then jPluck. When I try to get PluckThis to install now, Firefox doesn't know what to do with the file. Isn't XPI the standard "extension" format?
