Imagine having to stand on the corner looking for law enforcement as you rush
to someone’s car window, hand them a GPU, and they slip you some cash. You pat
the door of their car and say “be careful bro” before looking up and seeing a
cop car round the corner. Snatching up your back pack you jump the fence near
by and run as the words “LAPD! Stop!” echo off the walls. You don’t make it
far, because your backpack is weighed down with 800 watt power supplies and
nvidia graphics cards, plus your pushing 40 years old and work a desk job when
you aren’t “slangin pixels” as they now call it. “You thought you were going to
get away with this in my town!?” The officer screams into your ear as he pins
you to the ground and cuffs you. “No one gets more than 24 FPS in LA!”
