I have used it, yes. You need to download the ISO files to the USB drive and put them in a folder. Ventoy is useful, but I discovered it doesn't launch the Windows 11 ISO gracefully, so I had to stop using it for that application.
I find it somewhat foolish that you paid money for it. It's a free utility on GitHub.
