Hi Shridhar, Does reliance have any download quotas? Im interested in their 256 kbps and maybe the 512 kbps plans assuming they can assure reasonable level-of-service (speeds match the claims) and they dont have quotas or reasonable ones... I emailed them just now and will call as well (maybe on Monday)... I tried to click the 'Acceptable User Policy' but its too slow on my modem! Any mention of a quota in there? You mentioned in an earlier email that you had broadband? Is that at work or at home and what provider and speed is that?
