[plug] IDENTd

Hi there everyone!

Apologies for the potentially newbie question. I already read from the man
pages what IDENTd is for, but what would need it that would merit my
setting up and running the daemon? (Just updated packages to RH6.2 and so
ident is now run in a separate daemon and not via inetd). Thanks! :-)
