Well, not all schools have internet connections. Besides, nothing beats warm bodies in providing support. I think there was some discussion here before about a DepEd + CICT (?) FOSS initiative. Maybe while that is being set up, we can already start doing the "adopt-a-school" thing -- start up plans, I think, would be better in time for the coming school year.
