Honeynets are supposed to be vulnerable, that's the point of setting them up. Therefore it can gather data on what type of attacks are in the rise but doesn't differentiate them from successful attacks.
If you really want a credible analysis, go to: http://isc.sans.org/index.php?on=toptrends
You can see, MS still owns the stink throne :))
BTW, ePLDT and other ISP regularly conducts SRA especially on corporate DSL accounts. They are using nessus which was be interpreted by honeynets as an attack especially if used with the Xmas Tree and Null scans options.

Is attack=compromise/successful entry ?
Or
Is attack=attempt?
Do they lump together successful and unsuccessful attacks as one?
Is there a rating of severity of these 'attacks'?

Mhac
