So you mean this is not a generic IDE driver for OpenBSD then? http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=pciide&sektion=4 And I can see some of the controller chipset of the FakeRAIDs there, but from http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq14.html, (Non-options section of it 14.13) says there that OpenBSD doesn't use the FakeRAID's built-in RAID functionality at all.
