If I'm not mistaken.. it's Sitel based in Europe (Sitel here in the Philippines are Call Center Providers in Ortigas, Baguio, and in another location-forgot- who merged with Clientlogic). Also, if I'm not mistaken, the OS is proprietary, and we can't test it without an invite.
