The high price is for people who can pay (e.g. foreigners). One of the examinees in my RHCE exam class at Bluepoint many years ago was a foreigner.. and he got stuck at the first lab problem :D So I would contact Bluepoint if I were the OP. Engels is a very nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they are a known quantity. Migs Paraz is another nice guy (as Froilan mentions above). But.... he's sold out to the corporate world (like me) and doesn't do much Linux anymore.
