 * (Linux) Kernel-based Suspend to disk doesn't work well, and causes
   the sound card to be left disabled on resume. However, userspace
   suspend (uswsusp in Ubuntu universe) works quite well, so I suggest
   installing it. You have to edit /etc/acpi/hibernate.sh first though
   and comment out the if clause, as such:

     if [ -x /sbin/s2disk ]; then
         DEVICE="/dev/disk/by-uuid/`awk -F= '{print $3}'
</etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume`"
     #    if [ -f /etc/usplash.conf ]; then
     #       . /etc/usplash.conf
     #       /sbin/s2disk -x "$xres" -y "$yres" $DEVICE
     #    else
             /sbin/s2disk $DEVICE
     #    fi

Other than that, everything looks peachy on my end.
