I am not sure if linux expert will do me any good... I tried kernel options
irqpoll brokenmodules=ata_piix noprobe nostorage noirqdebug and tried the modules ata_generic, libata, pata_oldpiix and they all failed. It's mind-boggling that FC8 won't install! I feel like it's 1995 all over again..
