Well, they provided us with an older Sierra wireless card that doesn't
have 3G support.  The best I can do is EDGE, and coverage for that is
unreliable and spotty at best.  Most of the rest of the time I'm stuck
with GPRS, and I suppose that's why my performance is so bad.
