The error page shows up when i drop around P50 load, its basically redirecting all your HTTP traffic to that site but it doesn't affect IM or IRC, by using proxy on non-standard ports i am able avoid that and the upside is it didnt deduct any load from my prepaid account too. Tried surfing the entire 12 hours one night and my 55 pesos load survived the next day. A most welcomed glitch if you ask me :D
