dang how many of us own Wind u100s now? I just got one myslef last week! We should all get together and trade, err, winds stories :)
on my end wifi worked seamlessly after I happened onto Doc Mana's link to this: http://code.google.com/p/msi-wind-linux/ I happened onto a strange shutdown issue whilst installing xubuntu alternate, which I blogged about : http://www.lefthandedlayup.com/2008/12/24/installing-xubuntu-via-alternate-iso-crashes-msi-wind/ it has since been resolved after installing via xubuntu desktop, but there are still a few niggling issues I need to deal with, particularly with partitions which I think I screwed up in my haste to get it running. Anyway, will have the vacay to work on it. Merry Christmas everyone!
