The COMELEC should try to pilot a transmission of data and use jammers at the same time. They themselves should find out what will happen, so that they can resolve the issue.
Yesterday the COMELEC was at Isabella having a road show of how the picos works. Bumili sana sila kahit isang jammer lang tapos try rin nila sa road show nila, kung how it will really affect on the delaying of service.
