It does show that everything is set to true

[main]
NetworkingEnabled=true
WirelessEnabled=true
WWANEnabled=true

When I hit the Fn+F2 on my 1000HE, the wifi light turns on but the
NetworkManager notification does not automatically detect any signal. I
tried clicking on the NetworkManager applet but it just shows the wireless
networks disconnected.

I cant seem to figure out how to get the applet to automatically detect that
I enabled wireless to start searching for a signal. Right now, I need to
leave the wireless automatically on and reboot for the NetworkManager to
search for a signal as soon as the desktop has loaded.
