FOSS encourage FREE software, not services. Even opensource companies charge
for their services.

How much is up to you. As others suggested, consider the following:

1. Purpose
2. Scope of the topic
3. Training duration
4. Expenses (logistics, materials, venue, etc.)
5. Capability of the client to pay
6. Your current rate
7. Current market rate
