No (personal DBMS and Web server), unless you want to setup openvz/lxc/kvm/xen
on the host. We have this kind of setup but based on Citrix + VMware Lab
Manager:)

Subject: [plug] LTSP for developers
Hi Everyone,
We are planning to deploy LTSP in a development environment wherein users will
have his/her own development tools, like eclipse, netbeans...and other
development stuff. Is LTSP capable of providing users with his own DBMS server
and web server?
