Yes.
I actually tried this on two "machines". The first one was a VM with 512M of
memory, >1GB of available HD space, and Ubuntu Lucid 10.4. The second one was
a laptop with Ubuntu Natty installed. I got the same result. The output I
posted in my original mail was from the laptop.
