hi Dan,

I live in Mandaluyong, too, and I've been using PLDT MyDSL for the past 6
months or so now. So far, I haven't had any major problems with it, except
maybe for a couple of times when I experienced disconnection, but only for
a few minutes (max of 10mins per). But I do agree that *it* is the worst
service when it comes to dsl connections.

Doing the same traceroute (tracert my end, since I am currently using a
Windows PC):

C:\Users\Chris> tracert picard.noaccess.com

Tracing route to picard.noaccess.com [193.72.216.2]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1

Trace complete.
