hi Dan, I live in Mandaluyong, too, and I've been using PLDT MyDSL for the past 6 months or so now. So far, I haven't had any major problems with it, except maybe for a couple of times when I experienced disconnection, but only for a few minutes (max of 10mins per). But I do agree that *it* is the worst service when it comes to dsl connections.
Doing the same traceroute (tracert my end, since I am currently using a Windows PC): C:\Users\Chris> tracert picard.noaccess.com Tracing route to picard.noaccess.com [193.72.216.2] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1 2 109 ms 88 ms 55 ms 112.201.128.1 3 26 ms 26 ms 25 ms 122.2.135.73 4 27 ms 24 ms 23 ms 210.213.132.6 5 25 ms 27 ms 29 ms 210.213.128.74 6 27 ms 30 ms 27 ms 210.213.129.45 7 24 ms 26 ms 28 ms 210.213.128.49 8 26 ms 26 ms 26 ms 210.213.133.57 9 191 ms 173 ms 181 ms 210.14.2.178 10 172 ms 179 ms 188 ms 206.223.143.122 11 186 ms 193 ms 184 ms 184.105.213.6 12 199 ms 228 ms 196 ms 72.52.92.73 13 625 ms 248 ms 186 ms 65.19.134.122 14 192 ms 194 ms 188 ms 193.72.216.2 Trace complete.
