Crazy idea but... I'm talking to a few people about the possibility of a venue that is 100% ready for meetings and streaming (Root's lighting was brutal) *and* is profitable.
Maybe we can do a BoF session at OSCON. Maybe we can get the large local tech companies on board. This is *not* a question however of using their say... Hillsboro cafeteria once a month. This would be a a purpose-designed space to meet the *demand* here in the community. We all seem to agree that MAX, bike and car access are important. Sigh. Another challenge!
