huh, the OBS forums has a link to the https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/game-capture-hd60 which says it takes unencrypted hdmi, that should work, it's a little cheaper than the DHgate IPTV solutions I posted earlier, although I still think that's a slick way to go about it. The blackmagic intensity is more expensive than the IPTV solutions mentioned earlier. I don't know about performance.
