Thanks. I think I danced all around this page. Even tried a search but with no luck.
To those that suggested Calibre, I tried but had limited success. The info was there but formatting problems would require a lot of editing. Of course it may still come down to that. I was kind of hoping to turn it back to the ODF so others would benefit from the tutorial without a major printing job. Galen, again thanks.
