When Rich called me yesterday afternoon he said he was getting an error on sending that included aracnet in the message. He went back and examined stuff on his end and found a couple of places where he still had aracnet in his settings. He changed those and then got the 535 error message. > https://webmail.spiritone.com/roundcube/ > > (connects, doesn't recognize password - previously browser would > refuse connection because of misconfiguration) > > My wife says calling support has degraded from getting a recording > acknowledging a very serious problem to not getting an answer at all. This was on Oregonlive yesterday: http://www.oregonlive.com/silicon-forest/index.ssf/2017/10/spirit_one_internet_customers.html Note that that was yesterday morning, and quotes John Ogden, the Spirit One CEO saying that, "the company is in the final stages of migrating to new servers and expects to have service back online in 'four to 48 hours.' He said the company had planned to notify customers before the migration began last week, but that an engineer at the company failed to send an "all-points bulletin" to customers." -- Regards, Dick Steffens _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list PLUG@lists.pdxlinux.org http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
