Rich spoke to Mike Rogoway at the Oregonian this morning. Mike will wait 
until tomorrow to allow Spirit One the 48 hours they said they'd need.

Mike asked if Rich had contacted the state Department of Justice. He 
found that there were only a handful (4?) of folks who have complained 
about Spirit One so far. Mike recommended filling out a complaint at the 
DOJ Consumer Protection web page. Rich did so and asked for a refund to 
compensate for the outage. The recommendation is for as many Spirit One 
customers a possible to complain. Once enough do, the DOJ will investigate.

Rich reconfigured his mail server to mail.hostwinds.com

When he sends now it is rejected because of smtp authentication required 
for message submission on port 587.

He thinks that means he's got the right address, but that they haven't 
gotten the customer authorizations in place yet.

199.59.59.2 appears to be the correct address.
