If anyone bothers to read the README* files that come with mpegtv it
explicity says theat mtv is shareware and needs to be registered for full
functionality and that mtvp is fully functional without need for
registration.
Of course, mtvp lacks the graphical interface that allows you to fast
forward and rewind, which you can do with mtv.
So everyone's mtvp will play the full audio without cutting out in five
minutes. THere's nothing special about the .rpm that jijo downloaded.
