sayang i missed it. maybe next time. about GMA IT agenda, are they an open
source friendly administration? there are number of government agencies
who already use linux for some of their IT requirements. most backend
machines such as proxies and email.
but, they should move to procurement...inventory...ERM...and others.
second note would be about the NCC DG. what about him? is he open source
friendly? during the linux2k buzz period he seemed to be open source
friendly but at the same time he keeps on trying to sell expensive
products/solutions to the government.
