Of course not. To really solve your problem the best method will be to
reconfigure all of the MUA's on your network to not open and run
attachments by default (e.g. VBScript & co.), not hide extensions for
types which are already known, and last but most important, educate your
users about the hazards involved with attachments. This is the only
truly effective way to combat email viruses. Getting a server-based
solution will not help you if the virus is very new (and hence unknown
to almost everyone but its creator)...
