sophos+amavis+exim. Just get a computer with cpu cycles and globs of RAM
memory to spare. If not, say 20 people getting their e-mails with .zip
attachments at the same time will slow down your server.

For the sophos part... you need a license. So you have to pay. But IMHO,
it's worth it.

It may solve half of your problem. But user education is still the best
way to combat these pesky viruses/trojans in your lusers winblows
computers.
