Actually, the reason for this is more about the backend gears -- DSL
Model, DSLAM, etc. Though, the standards for ADSL, G.Lite, etc are almost
already in place, some equipment manufactures still find glitches when
working w/ other equipments. The interoperability problems are more
prevalent in the earlier generation xDSL equipments.
So.. I believe it's more of an operational reason than anything
else. Then again, I could be wrong.. meron bang taga-PLDT dito
nakakapagberipeka nito?
