several shops still sell the K6-2+ [450-500-550].. I think the differnce
between K6-2 and [K6-2+ / K6-III] is that they have an L2 cache...
don't know the differnce between the "2+" and "III" variety though...
our K6-2+ machine here in thw office was even detected as a K6-III by
windows...

K6 series is a viable low cost solution to the celeron
