no BUT you can use bind as a content dns server (just
because you need tsig) and dnscache (included in
djbdns package) as your resolving proxy dns server (
as in the one that you put in /etc/resolv.conf as a
nameserver )...

yung naging problema mo kasi eh yung bind acting as
dns proxy server ..
okay nalito ka na ba sa pinagkaiba ng content at proxy
dns server? eto basahin mo to kung bakit dapat sila
hiwalay (yang experience mo is one good example bakit
hinihiwalay yang dalawang yan)
