Yes. This is still considered "personal use" IMHO because your client paid you for the service not the software. So you didn't sell the software or your modified djbdns binary package. You sold the service and just used something you previously did. :) I still wish DJB weren't as eccentric, really. And it is for this reason that I'm sticking with Postfix.
