we were subscribed with IRF which i shared with my uncle 'cause there were limited 
phoneline then. 9600bps was the standard connection and you rock if you have 14.4kbs 
modem! I enjoy usenet and lynx for browser. It was a joy to remember i dont have to 
wait to get into BBS to get X-Files & Startrek synopsis, the usenet was handy.
