to add further as what raul said, you need a switch which supports intel
link aggregation or cisco fast ethernet channel.

may i know what is the main purpose for achieving 200 mbps? is it for more
bandwidth or fault tolerance?

if you want for more bandwidth, you have the following options in case you
dont have any as what raul suggested:
1. enable your 100mbps nic into full duplex to have 200mbps
2. replace your 100mbps to 1000mbps or 1gbps

if you want for fault tolerance:
1. apply TEQL http://www.linuxguruz.org/iptables/howto/2.4routing-10.html

fooler.
