Cool, a LinNeighborhood user! I just discovered it in Tucows last
night. Anyway, I'm having a problem with it. It seems that it can't
mount smb filesystems unless I'm root, or smbmount is suid root. Since
smbmount complains (doesn't run) when I suid it, the only option I have
right now is to run LinNeighborhood as root, which I don't want to do.
The "run smbmount as root" option also doesn't seem to work. I always
get the error "standard in must be a tty". If you had the same problem,
how did you solve this?

I'll recheck my CDs (RH7.3 BTW) for Xine. It's good, eh?

Thanks!

Joon
