I have a fairly old Sony VAIO desktop at home which I bought in 1996. It was the cutting edge of desktop PCs back then running a Pentium 166MHz with 32MB of ram. 2.1GB HD and sporting the ultra cool ATI Rage II chip back then. Oh how time flies and that old vaio system at home was relegated to internet surfing and basic mail services at home. I even added 32MB of memory making it a bit faster at 64mb ram so when I tried installing RH 7.3 last week, I was surprised it still ran nicely, although the fastest performance I could get was running rh 6.2 in the end.
