But yes, there are BT and 802.11b compactflash cards as 
well as a host of other options.
So, if you won the LOTTO, then your dream setup should be:

Sharp Zaurus with integrated Phone.
512 MB SD/MMC
WiFi Wireless CompactFlash Card
Bluetooth CompactFlash Card
Acoustic Research Dolby Wireless Headphones
