yup, already done.  except that the icq beep sound got a little
distorted.  it's alright, i don't mind.  xmms+licq sounds work now.

I chose LICQ because it has a dockapp feature for my WindowManager
desktop, plus it has server-side contact lists.  If ickle has both, I'm
switching :)

I don't use AIM or MSN messenger, just good 'ol ICQ.
